All orders are delivered through our courier service partner and required a signature upon delivery.
1-2 working days will be taken to process the order before delivery.
Please be noted order that placed after 6pm will only be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times are as follows:
- West Malaysia: 2 - 5 working days
- Sabah & Sarawak: 6 - 10 working days
Delivery to rural or remote areas are required addtional 2 or 5 working days.
Easy Fit aims to deliver all orders within delivery times. However, if we are unable to meet the delivery promise, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we will leave a card for further instruction on how to retrieve your parcel.
Please note that our delivery time might take slightly longer than the usual delivery time during peak sale or promotional due to huge online order volumes.
Postage charges for domestic delivery are as below:
West Malaysia – RM 6.50 *for the first 5kg
(Every subsequent 1kg will charge additional RM1.36)
Free standard delivery for every order above RM15 (limited time only)
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 11.70*for the first kg
(Every subsequent 200g will charge additional RM2.40)
(Every subsequent 500g will charge additional RM4.80)
Free standard delivery is EXCLUDED for Sabah & Sarawak.
*Additional handling fees/charge would be added for delivery of items exceeding designated dimension or weight.
There will be STRICTLY NO REFUND for any shipping and handling charges.
We strive to deliver your purchased order within the shortest time possible after your orders are processed as soon as the payment transaction is confirmed.
Confirmed orders will be shipped out by our selected courier on Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
