Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your order within twenty four 24 hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.
*Noted: Refund full payment made after the redemptiom period required 7 calendar days upon receipt of order.
For any reason if you wish to return your items, please contact our Customer Service through e-mail to initiate the return.
The items must be returned to our returns address with following conditions:
- Within 7 calendar days upon receiving the item
- Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition with tags attached
- Items purchased as a set or multi pack, have to be exchanged as a whole set
- Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer
- Return slip must be included in the parcel
Items that are not exchangeable including:
- Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons
- Intimates, undergarments, swmming accessories and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
- Accessories including jewellery, bags and hair accessories
- Any item costing RM20 or less
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased items to us. Please ensure to pack the goods properly to prevent any damage.
Customers are advised to notify us through e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org by quoting the order number and the product details.
Please note that for any in-store purchases, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges via the above method. Any items bought in a store need to be returned directly to any Easy Fit HQ location.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Exchanges may apply for the same product of a different colour or other product that serve same function or same price *a mutual agreement between customer and Easy Fit company.
Exchanged items purchased as a set or multi pack, have to be exchanged as a whole set.
Any exchanges for product of higher price will require additional payment by using cash payment.
Any exhanges for product of lower price, then no balance amount will be refunded to you, and the balance amount will be credited into your Easy Fit's account.
Promotional and sale items are non-exchangeable.
Items below RM20.00 are non-exchangeable.

How Do I Submit A Refund Or Exchange Request?
